Sportsman’s Basecamp (Ambassador Program)
Sportsman’s Warehouse created an ambassador program called Basecamp. I created a logo that could be used on digital, print, and apparel designs. As an outdoor retailer, Sportsman’s business is built around hunting, fishing, and camping and the logo for Basecamp needed to reflect the company’s culture. In the scope of the project, we identified that the rifle and the fishing rod were great symbols for the brand. We determined that it was best to utilize Sportsman’s existing brand colors. The final touch was adding a rigid look to the logo. Distressing the logo really resonated with the Sportsman’s brand and the demographic.
